Appointment Reminders: All appointments will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Please be advised that SSH Hair reserves the right to cancel any appointments that remain unconfirmed.
Late Arrival: We Allow a 10-minute grace period. If the service permits, we may adjust the appointment duration to accommodate the delay without compromising the quality of the service. However, if adjustments are not feasible, we kindly request rescheduling of your hair appointment to ensure you receive the full experience without rushing.
Consultation and Quote: Before commencing any new service, we conduct a consultation to ensure the desired service and ensure your satisfaction. If you prefer, we can happily provide a quote upon request.
Teenagers: We kindly request that a guardian accompanies them for the initial consultation. This ensures that both the teenager and their guardian are fully informed and aligned on the desired end result as well as the associated costs. We believe open communication between all parties involved is essential to achieve the best outcome and ensure a satisfying salon experience.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We strive to accommodate everyone’s needs, but if a cancellation occurs without adequate notice, a fee may be applied. We recognize that illness or COVID-related situations can arise unexpectedly, and while we sympathize, we may still need to implement cancellation fees to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system.
Refund and Compensation: SSH Hair does not offer compensation or refunds for changes of mind on our services. Additionally, refunds are not provided for services that have already been performed. However, any unsatisfactory work will be rectified by our team.
Product Return: We ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If after a couple of uses a product doesn’t suit your needs, we’re happy to exchange it for something different. Your happiness and confidence in our products are our top priorities.
Transaction Fee: Please note that your service bill will include a transaction fee of 30 cents for debit card transactions and 1.65% for credit card transactions.
